Alisia McCabe, Second Grade, Huckleberry Class
Alisia has been working at Mountain Song since 2014. She has a bachelor's degree in Social Work from Colorado State University and then received her Montessori Education certification in 2012. After working at a public Montessori school, she came to Mountain Song as a substitute teacher and fell in love with both the school and the Waldorf model. Alisia has taken a class from 1st through 8th grade and says it was one of the most profound experiences in her life. She completed her Waldorf certification in the summer of 2021 and has now taken on a second class. Outside of work she enjoys reading, yoga, cooking and beginning outdoors
