Student Assessment & I.T. Coordinator

The Student Assessment & I.T. Coordinator plays a key operational role at Mountain Song Community School by ensuring the accuracy and functionality of student data systems, state-required assessments, and core school technology systems. This position is responsible for managing the school’s Student Information System (Infinite Campus), coordinating and implementing state and interim student assessments, supporting staff with data systems and school technology, maintaining school devices and technology inventory, supporting the school network and supporting VOIP phone systems, and ensuring alignment with Colorado Department of Education (CDE) and Charter School Institute (CSI) reporting requirements.

English Language Development Coordinator

The English Language Development (ELD) Coordinator is responsible for overseeing, developing, and supporting high-quality instructional programs for Multilingual Learners (MLs). This role ensures compliance with federal and state regulations while also providing instructional guidance to teachers and staff serving Multilingual Learners that aligns with Waldorf-inspired pedagogy.. In addition, the ELD Coordinator organizes and administers annual language screeners and assessments in conjunction with the Director of Student Services.

School Social Worker

The School Social Worker at Mountain Song Community School (MSCS) plays a vital role in supporting students' social, emotional, and behavioral well-being within a Waldorf-inspired educational setting. This position provides direct support to students, collaborates with teachers and families, and implements interventions that align with the school's holistic, child-centered approach. The School Social Worker will work closely with faculty and the Special Education team to foster a nurturing, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate learning environment, ensuring that students receive the support they need to thrive academically and emotionally.

School Kitchen Specialist

The School Kitchen Specialist is responsible for overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations and leading a safe, efficient, and student-centered meal program. This role manages meal planning and production, food safety and sanitation compliance, inventory and ordering, recordkeeping for program requirements, point-of-sale procedures, and supervision/training of kitchen staff. The Kitchen Specialist ensures meals meet National School Lunch Program (NSLP) requirements and supports a positive dining experience for students and staff.

Custodian & Facilities Support Technician

The Facilities Support Technician plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and functional learning environment at Mountain Song Community School. This position is responsible for the general upkeep of school facilities and grounds, supporting event logistics, and contributing to building safety through routine maintenance. The Facilities Support Technician collaborates with the Director of Facilities and Safety to ensure the smooth daily operation of the physical environment in alignment with health, safety, and operational standards.

School Nurse

Mountain Song Community School is a Waldorf-inspired charter school dedicated to providing a holistic, developmentally appropriate education that nurtures creativity, critical thinking, and a love for learning. The School Nurse plays a critical role in supporting student health, safety, and readiness to learn by providing direct nursing services, care coordination for students with acute and chronic conditions, health education and prevention support, and guidance to staff and families. The School Nurse also supports schoolwide health systems, including health office procedures, emergency preparedness, communicable disease response, documentation compliance, and appropriate delegation and training when applicable.
