Paraprofessional
The Special Education (SPED) Paraprofessional provides direct support to students with diverse learning needs, assisting them in academic, social, and behavioral development within a Waldorf-inspired learning environment. SPED Paraprofessional helps implement individualized education plans (IEPs), accommodations, and classroom modifications while fostering an inclusive and engaging atmosphere.

First Grade Teaching Assistant
The Classroom Assistant supports the Class Teacher in maintaining a nurturing and engaging classroom environment aligned with Waldorf pedagogy. The Assistant provides instructional support, helps manage the classroom, and contributes to student learning and development through collaboration and individual care.
