What Does the Waldorf Whole Child Approach Mean for Special Learning Needs?

Inherent in the Waldorf education approach is engaging children in head, heart, and hands. The arts-integrated and multi-sensory nature of the Waldorf curriculum is well-suited to meet the needs of all children. Here at Mountain Song, we offer an inclusive educational model to best serve students with special learning needs, with individual learning plans collaboratively developed by the student’s IEP team. We believe that every child has unique gifts to celebrate, and we are dedicated to supporting them in their success.
