Withdrawal Checklist
We understand that plans change and we strive to make the withdrawal process as easy as possible. Please communicate the need to withdraw your child(ren) from Mountain Song by following the steps below:
Request a Withdrawal Form by emailing the registrar, mamajor@mountainsongschool.com, or complete a Withdrawal Form in the front office.
Verbally withdrawing or simply emailing the teacher will result in students being dropped after 10 absences.
Return library books.
Communicate with the teacher in order to collect your child’s belongings and receive their main lesson book.
Completion of our Exit Survey is optional, but appreciated. A link to the survey can be found at the top of the digital Withdrawal Form.
