ART NIGHT

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 5, 4-6pm

Walk the school, speak with teachers, and experience a unique little art show. Free, all are welcome!

Art Walk

Wander through the school and explore more than 1,000 pieces of student artwork displayed across 13 classrooms. Each room offers a glimpse into the rhythms of learning at Mountain Song — from detailed studies and handwork to imaginative, expressive pieces created throughout the year.

Information Sessions

These short sessions are designed for families who want to learn more about Mountain Song’s programs and philosophy, with time for questions and conversation. See times and details below.

  • Join one of our Kindergarten teachers for an overview of the early childhood experience at Mountain Song. They will speak about rhythm, play, social-emotional development, and what a Waldorf-inspired Kindergarten looks like day to day. The Kindergarten information session is open to adults only, please.

    Room #106

  • This session is perfect for families with rising 6th graders or students curious about the middle school years. Meet the teachers, learn about the curriculum, and hear how Mountain Song supports students as they grow into more independent, thoughtful learners.

    GYM

  • Learn how the magic of Mountain Song comes together in the grade school years. This session covers academics, arts integration, and the unique rhythms that guide learning from first through fifth grade. Enrolled students are welcome to attend with their families, and this is also a great session for those considering enrollment.

How It Works

Fill out an Intent to Enroll form

Families interested in enrolling their child(ren) at Mountain Song Community School for the 2026-2027 school year must complete the Intent to Enroll (ITE) form.  Once we receive your ITE, your child will be placed in the enrollment lottery (if ITE is received by January 31, 2026) or placed on the waitlist according to the date we receive the ITE. The enrollment lottery is held the second Tuesday of every February.

Siblings of currently enrolled students and staff members’ children receive priority placement and will be moved to the top of the waitlist or offered the first available spots.
