Eli Peake, Math Interventionist (6-8)
Eli Peake earned his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics in the Honors Program at Eckerd College before continuing his education at the University of Missouri, earning his M.A. in Mathematics in 2019. His work in ATria: A Novel Centrality Algorithm Applied To Biological Networks (Published), used aspects from economic theory, social network theory, and path-based algorithms, produced a more efficient method to determine central nodes in a microbial network. Aside from being a mathematics instructor since 2016, Eli has worked as a martial arts instructor teaching taekwondo, capoeira, krav maga, and other styles to all ages. Eli now enjoys rock climbing and bouldering in his free time.
