Kristine Joyce Lijauco, Music Teacher
Ms. Kristine Joyce Lijauco is a fully trained Waldorf music teacher, completing four years at the Asian Waldorf Teacher Training in Santa Elena, Philippines, and continuing professional development Waldorf training in Waldorf programs in Japan and California. She was born and raised in the Philippines, moving to the U.S. West Coast in 2018. She has taught in Waldorf schools in the Philippines, California, and Oregon before just recently moving with her family to Colorado Springs. Ms. Lijauco has a B.S. in Development Communication and a major in Educational Communication. She is quite accomplished musically, training in choral singing and musical theater, and held lead positions in the University of the Philippines Choral Ensemble, as well as earning multiple awards on international tours. Aside from singing, Ms. Lijauco loves reading books and hanging out with her family.
