Claudia Martin, Village Homeschool Teacher/Gifted and Talented, and Library
Claudia has taught in a variety of settings: a Quaker school in Costa Rica; the University of Florida Lab school; Woodland Park school district; and finally here at Mountain Song since its inception ten years ago, for a whopping 48 years, over thousand students, and every grade 1st through 8th! She trained at Rudolf Steiner College before signing on at Mountain Song, having been a Waldorf teacher at heart the previous years. Her education also includes a Colorado College BS in English literature and a Masters in Education from the University of Florida. She is a Colorado native (both sets of grandparents homesteaded near Cortez), who treasures time in our beautiful natural world and with her beloved family and friends.
